TS EdCET 2025 Second & Final Phase Web Counselling notification is out for BEd admissions in Telangana. Candidates can register, upload documents, and exercise web options online from 29 August to 7 September 2025. Seat allotment will be announced on 11 September 2025 at edcetadm.tgche.ac.in.
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the Detailed Notification for Second & Final Phase of Web Counselling for TS EdCET-2025 admissions into the two-year BEd course, academic year 2025โ2026.

This notification serves as the official call for web counselling; no individual call letters will be issued. Mere attendance does not guarantee a seat. Candidates already verified in Phase I may directly proceed with Phase II web options as per the schedule.
Who Should Participate in Phase II?
Phase-II is intended for:

Candidates who secured a seat in Phase I but wish to move to another college.
 -  
Candidates who participated in Phase I but did not secure a seat.
 -  
Those who were called but did not register in Phase I.
 -  
Candidates allotted a seat who did not report to the college.
 -  
Candidates who cancelled their admission after Phase I.
 
Important Participation Rules

Phase I options will not be carried overโfresh choices must be submitted.
 -  
If satisfied with a Phase I allotment, participating again is optional.
 -  
Candidates may select colleges even with no current vacancies, as seat shifts, cancellations, or conversions may create availability.
 -  
Allotment in Phase II will override any earlier seat claims. Failure to report to the newly allotted college within the specified timelines will result in forfeiture of both previous and current allotments.
 
Registration Fee & Portal

Registration must be completed through edcetadm.tgche.ac.in.

The non-refundable processing fee is โน800 for OC/OBC and โน500 for SC/ST candidates, payable online via credit/debit card or net banking.
