UP BEd JEE 2025 Counselling Schedule OUT

UP BEd Joint Entrance Examination 2025 has begun the counselling process for Phase-1 on July 30. The counselling schedule will continue until August 26. The process includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment and confirmation, fee payment, seat release, and matrix updation.

UP BEd JEE 2025 (Joint Entrance Examination) counselling schedule for Phase II will be concluded on September 12 (Phase 2) with the release of the updated seat matrix. The direct admission will commence from September 13.

How to Register for UP BEd JEE 2025 Counselling

Follow the listed steps to register for UP BEd JEE 2025 Round I Counselling process.

• Registration: - First, candidates have to register to participate in counseling. Candidates have to log in using their login details.
• Counselling Fee and Advance College Fee Payment: Candidates who complete the registration process have to pay Rs. 5750/- (Rs. 750/- as counseling fee and Rs. 5000/- as advance college fee) through online mode only (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, and UPI).

UP BEd JEE 2025 Fee Payments

• In case a seat is not allotted to a candidate, the advance college fee of Rs 5000/- will be refunded to the account mentioned by them in the details.
• If a candidate is allotted a seat, but does not confirm it and does not take admission in that college, the advance college fee of Rs. 5000/- will not be refunded.
• Candidates participating in counseling whose final year graduation results have not been declared. If the candidate fails in the exam after being allotted a seat, then all the fees except the registration fee (Rs. 750/- only) will be refunded.
• If a candidate is allotted a seat and confirms it, then this amount will be adjusted in the college fee.
• If the advance fee is more than the allotted college fee, then the excess amount will be refunded. Note: Counseling fee of Rs. 750/- is non-refundable.

Required Documents for UP BEd 2025 JEE Counselling Registration

• Bank Account Details are required for any potential refund of fees.
• The bank account must be in the name of the candidate or their father/mother.
• If the candidate is not allotted a seat in the first or second rounds, or does not confirm their seat, then the advance fee paid will be refunded to this account.
• Candidates are advised not to use Jan Dhan accounts, as refund processing may not be successful due to credit limits.
• Candidates must provide:

  • Account Number

  • Account Holder Name

  • IFSC Code

  • Bank Name

  • Branch Name

Note: A clear scanned image of the front page of the passbook or a cancelled cheque showing these details must be uploaded (in JPG/JPEG, max size 100 KB).

Documents Required for Reporting to the Allotted College

• Printout of allotment confirmation from the Bundelkhand University website

• Application form, Admit Card, and Score Card of UP BEd JEE 2025

• Class 10 Certificate (for date of birth proof)

• All mark sheets and certificates up to the qualifying exam

• Original caste/sub-category/weightage certificates (if applicable)

• Government-issued Photo ID

• 2 passport-sized photos

• Copies of all fee payment receipts

NOTE: ROUND 5 - Direct Minority Admissions for U.P. B.Ed. JEE 2025 will be done in the first week of October 2025 after completion of Direct Admissions.
