UP Board Exam 2020: Toll-free helpline numbers to resolve student’s queries

Students can dial 1800-180-5310 and 18001805312 to seek solutions and resolve queries regarding the upcoming UP Board exam.

UP Board is all set to launch toll-free helpline service for students who are going to appear for the upcoming UP Board Exam 2020. The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) aims to launch UP Board Exam Helpline to assist students with all the Board examination related queries by connecting them with subject-experts, counselors, and academicians. Almost 56 lakh students are appearing for the UP Board high school exam and Intermediate exam 2020 starting from February 18. To seek solutions and resolve queries regarding the upcoming UP Board exam, students can dial 1800-180-5310 and 18001805312.

The UP Board Exam 2020 Helpline was officially launched on February 11, 2020, by Dinesh Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh. The helpline number is launched with a vision to keep students away from stress and pressure while preparing for the Board examination.

Helpline numbers 1800-180-5310 and 18001805312 are open from 8 AM to 8 PM. By dialing these numbers, students can get connected to subject experts, academic experts, and counselors available to answer their queries. According to the details released by the UP Board regarding the helpline number, subject experts for life sciences, English, geography, general science, Hindi, Sanskrit, Chemistry and other subjects will be available to talk to the students preparing for UP Board examination. This initiative’s nodal officer is the additional secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP).

By launching helpline numbers for the students, UP Board has become the second school board in India to launch a dedicated helpline for the students preparing for the Board examination. Earlier, CBSE launched helpline numbers for its students as well as parents. The CBSE helpline 1800 11 8004 is available till March 30, 2020.
