Single UPTET 2019 application form for primary & upper primary level papers

UPBEB will commence UPTET 2019 application process tomorrow. Candidates interested in appearing for both paper-I and II can fill single application form. Check details below.  

UPTET 2019 registration will commence from November 1. As per media reports, this year there will be single application form for candidates who are planning to take the exam for both primary (class I-V) and upper primary (class VI-VIII) levels. However, there might be no change in the total application fee that candidates need to pay to appear for both the papers.

The news has come as a relief for many candidates. Till last year, two separate application forms had to be filled by candidates planning to appear for paper-I and II. The process required candidates to re-fill all the details in the second application form. However, this year, candidates will have the option in UPTET online form for choosing papers for which they wish to appear. It may be noted that while candidates need to fill single application form, they will receive two separate UPTET admit cards for both the papers, according to Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi, secretary, Prayagraj-headquartered Exam Regulatory Authority, UP.

How to apply online for UPTET 2019?

Steps that need to be followed to apply online for UPTET 2019 exam are:

• Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB)
• Click on the UPTET online form link
• Fill all details asked in the application form
• Click on Submit
• Note down the system-generated application number
• Pay UPTET application fee via credit card/ debit card/ internet banking/ e-challan

• Upload scanned photo
• Take a clear print of the duly-filled application form
