The university also offers multiple specialisations under the MSc course, including Zoology, Agriculture Horticulture (Vegetable Sciences), Agriculture (Agronomy), Mathematics, Physics, etc. Candidates can pick any specialisations of their choice. Admission to the MSc course is based on the Entrance Test conducted by Abhilashi University, i.e., AUCET 2025.
