I have 2.6 lakh JEE Mains general rank. Can I get a college in spot round with fresh registration in ACPC? I missed ACPC registration.

Wait for second round to come and then without fail register in ACPC
Yes but remember one thing. If you will get an admission in second round then your first round admission will automatically be cancelled. If not applied for 1st round definitely you will get chance in 2nd round
