Your degree will be based on regular student since you have got admission on the basis of regular student.

No, through commerce, you cannot be a hacker you need to study 11th with Science stream and you need to go to good IIT college with computer Science course.

Yes, more then 10 colleges are available for B.Com degree in computer applications
