You have to clear the CUET for central university and if you choose state university then admissions process decided by the colleges, you can pursue the any Bachelor course but on your risk, if yoy choose two course and semester exam date will be same then you are responsible, college will not be responsible for such type of chaos.

No matter you studied Maths in 12th or not, you have to face Maths subject in one semester only if you go for the B.Com.
