Basically, it is a three year course. In Jharkhand, it has 6 semesters every 6th month it is semester the dates suppose a batch 2021-24 so the class will take place from July 2021 to July 2024.

You can go for ARTS it is one of the best subjects if you have to take a Normal degree or you want to do government services in future I'll suggest you to take ARTS.

Agar hamane science li hai toh jeee ka entrance exam dete hai.Lekin maine commerce with math li hai toh mujhe kis type ka entrance exam dena

So, if you have taken commerce you can go for the CA CS CMA exams, these exams are top class, and you will have a bright future in it.

I'll suggest you to do graduation from B.Com accounts hons. So in future you have a backup degree and this may boost your portfolio.

No, you can't do that once you have done your 12th with a particular subject then again you can't give with another subject.
