Hello Bhavya Jain, Yes, there are going to be changed in the way eligibility conditions operate presently. Though this is not feasible for admissions to current year. But by next year before NTA finalises JEE Mains eligibility, concrete proposals and decisions wold have been taken. Best wishes to you.

You can give exams for sure and SEE where you stand at. But they ask in their application form too, the status for your education and even after if you qualify the entrance exam, there are GD and PI round. So, eventually there you have to submit your mark sheets or degree.
