Hi
It depends upon the university which you are interested in. Delhi University will not allow but others do. You can pursue M.Com from IGNOU or open university. Generally. open university does not ask for the minimum percentage. Best of luck.

You should do your graduation in Bachelor of commerce (B.Com) and after your graduation you need to have a postgraduation degree in commerce, i.e. M.Com with good academic record minimum of 55% or an equivalent grade at Master's level. In addition, you need to clear NET examination conducted by U. G. C and then go for Ph.D in a premier university.

Chartered accountancy or CA is a professional course that requires so much of hard work and strong determination. If you want to pursue an additional course with CA then the most preferred choices can be:-
1. CA with Bachelor's degree of commerce like B.Com or B.Com (Hons)
2. CA and CS
3. CMA, CFA CPA etc. Are some of the other options
So it all depends on your interest.

After B.Com, you can go for Masters in commerce (M.Com). M.Com is the best option to be considered. This will provide you in depth knowledge to various commerce related subjects and basics which will help you in cracking the primary competitive exam to become a lecturer.
