After completing B.Com, you can do a job, or you can also pursue MBA. It totally depends upon student's interest. And, coming to the other question which you asked, after completing your B.Com you can get banking job. There is other option that after completing your B.Com, you can prepare for banking exams and get the job in bank.

After completing class 12th, you have multiple options. Since, you have interest in accounts and economics, you can go for:
1. CA.
2. CS.
3. CFA.
4. Investment banking.
5. Credit analyst,

JNU does not have a department in commerce. Undergraduate programmes are only offered by School of Languages. If you are looking for admission to B.Com (Hons) from a Central University, you should try in Delhi University. JNU is a state of art institution purely meant for research. Thank you.

I am doubtful for B.Com to be eligible for M.Sc Psychology. Eligibility: A student who has passed in BA Or B.Sc Psychology Degree from a recognized university with minimum of 50% aggregate.
