It is all about weighing your options. There are pros and cons for whatever decision you take. Studying outside will give you global exposure, higher standard of living, good credentials, international experience etc. , but at a high cost. Studying in India is cheap and if you are really good at you

Your course is not really clear. But, in India we don't really have credit transfer option after 1 st year. You would have to complete the course for it to be valid.

Both are good options. But, analyse your capabilities before deciding what to choose, CA might not be really that easy compared to M.Com. So it would depend on your self confidence.

Go for B.Com or BBA as per your choice and here you can do alongside course as well so that your years will be saved.
