Pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech or BE with specialization in Science and Mathematics or equivalent (Candidate must have studied the subject of the subject combination for at least three years at Bachelors Level or Masters Level).
5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable.

Eligibility
The interested candidates need to have 10+2 certificate of CBSE/ISCE board or an equivalent with the minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
The candidates must pass in five subjects, including four elective subjects and one language.

The SET (State Eligibility Test) Exam is conducted for selecting the candidates for lectureship. If you want to appear in SET Exam then it is required to complete the Masters' degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Candidates who are in the final year of their master's degree are also eligible to apply for this exam.
