IPM goes for a holistic development of the student by making him acquire knowledge and be efficient in different domains. It garners your presentation skills and boosts your overall development. It isn't focused on just one domain but many. On the other hand a CA deals in depth about the field of accountancy. It is a correspondence course to say.
