Each college has its own fee criteria and there are many colleges providing this course and for fee, you have to check the college's website.

Yes, you can do B.Com as regular from BVP Pune. They provide both the options of regular studies and distance learning.

Hi Shreya,
Normally, a particular number of seats are allocated per course in all colleges. Except for the very popular colleges, rest all have quite a lot of seats available for accepting admissions. For Lucknow colleges - you have not mentioned any particular college name - so please check the website for the seats information.

You need at least 85-90% if you're general category and 70-75% if you're from reserved category.

As per your marks, and considering you as a general category as you have not specified your category you will not be able to get DU in any cut-off. You need minimum of 82% to get DU in last rounds. If you come from any category leaving OBC (as it is not much different from general) there is some chance, you can get DU in 4-7 cut-off list.
