You can try for Anna University or Ashoka University. Anna University is a reputed university and cut-offs are generally high for most of the courses offered by the university. Ashoka University is also a good institute and is gaining repute in north India for its quality education.

Well, you may have a moderate chance of getting CSE at MIT-WPU with your MHT-CET score. For CSE/IT, you can opt for Bharati Vidyapeeth, PCCOE and AISSMSSE. If you are considering management quota then you can also apply for PICT.

No, you can't M.Sc is for Science students, and the eligibility to take admission in M.Sc, that you have a degree in B.Sc. Otherwise, you are not eligible for it.
