Yes, you can get admission in Visakhapatnam campus freely for M.Com courses. Your rank is good enough to get you a seat in this college in first round itself. Your questions is actually incomplete. The fees depends upon if the college is private or public. B.Com (Hons) or B.Com pass. Your college location also. Moreover, generally, the public college charge you ~15-20k pa and private college ~50-70k pa. Hope this helps
