M Com and MBA are the most sought after courses at present. Actuarial Science sciences is also popular. You may supplement your qualification with a CA/CWA or CS course or do it individually. Choice of a stream is yours. If you are interested in accounting or taxation , you may prefer MCom/CA or CWA. If you think you can become a better manager, prefer an MBA.

Most students opt for MBA since that is the most viable option after B.Com. Apart from this you can also pursue a career in fashion designing or visual communications. And with the help of WLCI Business School, you can reach the skies. It is a reputed B-School that offers a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management with specialization in HR, Marketing or Finance. They also assist students with internship and placements. WLCI is offering a scholarship programme wherein students can avail up to 100% scholarship after clearing an online test. You can apply at http://wlciadmissions.in/scholarship

Sir, I truly respect your love for your daughter and concern. MBA after B.Com is really good career choice. B.Com is 3 years and has six semesters. So at least she has 3 years still left for MBA. There is lot of time. After B.com, I would suggest that your daughter should get some good job experience minimum of one year. This would instill good experience and maturity for pursuing MBA from reputed college like SIBM Pune.
Executive MBA is for designed for corprates. Those person who will continue and balance their professional life and studies. If she has enough time I would really suggest for a full time MBA from SIBM Pune.
