Below is the list of scholarships provided by Maharaja Agrasen College to its students pursuing their BCom education. Some of the important scholarships are as follows:

• Prime Minister's Scholarship Scheme: This merit-cum-means-based scholarship is for the economically weaker meritorious students who have at least 60% in Class 12.
• Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST Students: Tuition and maintenance allowances are provided to students of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
• Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities: The applicant student has to be at least 40% disabled; the students have to score at least 45% marks in Class 12.
• Shri Sultan Chand Memorial Scholarship: Awarded to the second the highest scorer in BCom (Hons) II year.

The Maharaja Agrasen College, Delhi University Common Seat Allocation System - DU CSAS provides admission to BCom with the prescribed procedure for seat allocation. The Candidates have to register themselves on the CSAS portal of DU after taking up the CUET examination and fill in their preferences of Maharaja Agrasen College and the Programme BCom, respectively. Further, the seats will be allocated by DU CSAS as per merit, CUET score, and availability of seats. Candidates receiving a provisional seat allocation must accept the same via the DU CSAS dashboard. The colleges verify the eligibility and documents of the accepted candidates, and after approval, students must deposit the fee for admission via DU CSAS to confirm their admissions to Maharaja Agrasen College in the BCom course.

The sanctioned intake for the BCom course is a maximum of 248 seats by Maharaja Agrasen College.
