Candidates must register and appear for the CUET entrance exam to apply for BHU BCom admissions. Candidates will also need to pay the BHU BCom application fee of INR 650 (General/ OBC Category)/ INR 550 (SC/ST Category). The steps mentioned-below show how to apply for the BHU BCom courses:
- Visit the official NTA portal for CUET(cuet.samarth.ac.in) and register on it.
- Fill out the application form.
- Attach all necessary documents.
- Select courses and BHU as per your preference and pay the CUET application fee as mentioned above.

No, maths is not compulsory for admission to BCom in BHU. However, it is necessary that the candidate studied a subject related to commerce (Commerce/Economics/Maths/Computer Science/Finance/Financial Markets Management/Vocational Courses) in Class 12. Candidate further should hold the qualifying exam pass certificate for verification purposes as well or the application can be treated as invalid.

The total course fee is a sum of multiple fee components such as the tuition fee, hostel fee (if applicable), security deposit, etc. Moreover, the BHU BCom (Hons) courses fee is INR 11,890 and the hostel charges are up to INR 28,500 (the cheapest option available). Yes, candidates seeking admission to BCom (Hons) courses need to appear for the CUET-UG entrance test. Based on the entrance test scores, BHU will conduct a counselling round.
