If someone misses the internal exam, no need to worry, the college conducts two internal exams if some body miss or fail in the 1st internal exam so you can cover in the 2nd internal. Or by chance if there is no 2nd internal exam conducts, college will give number according to your attendance and on the bases of assignments and project college the will give marks.

The college you get will depend on a lot of factors like your category, whether you are general, SC, ST, OBC etc. It will also depend on whether you are from Delhi or outside Delhi. For B.Com (Hons.), the cut off for applicants from Delhi is expected to be 8758 and for those from outside Delhi is expected to be 4260. If you are from Delhi, you can expect to get good colleges from IPU. But if you are from outside Delhi, then you are in the borderline. But even then, you can get good colleges in the 2nd or 3rd round.

Now, students who have applied to Hindu College in their DU CSAS registration form (after qualifying CUET UG) receive an admission call, provided they meet the set score standards of the institute.
