For admission to the Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts (BCT & CA) degree, Roots College of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts normally takes into account a variety of entrance exam scores. Although the particular entrance examinations could differ, candidates are frequently evaluated on the basis of their results on general aptitude or hospitality-related exams. The college may additionally take into account results from entrance exams at the federal, state, or university levels. To further assess an applicant's fit for the program, a personal interview may be held.
