The Haridwar University application fee for BCom is INR 1,000. Candidates applying online can pay the application fee via Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Internet Banking. For candidates appying offline the mode of payment can be Cash /Cheque /DD /Credit /Debit card /NEFT /RTGS /UPI.
