The fee structure will differ for each course under UG or PG and for various admission quota seats at the ACE College of Engineering. Generally, for B.E./B.Tech courses, the annual fee ranges from INR 65000 to a maximum of 1,25,000, depending on whether the seat is among Government, Management or NRI quota.
Management quota fees tend to be higher, closer to the upper limit. The fee structure for M.Tech varies in the range of INR 80000 to INR 1,50,000 per annum based on specialisation and quota. Besides this, hostel charges (about INR 50,000-80,000 per annum) and others, like exam fee, uniform costs, etc., will also be added.

The eligibility criteria for getting into ACE College of Engineering for an undergraduate programme like B.E./B.Tech are the completion of the 10+2 curriculum with at least 45% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission is primarily through the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance exam and related counseling.
For management quota seats, direct admissions are offered, but merit and eligibility criteria are applied. At least 50% in the relevant engineering bachelor's degree and a valid GATE score or university-specific entrance test are eligibility criteria for PG courses like M.Tech. TSEAMCET Round 1 cut off was released for admisison to the BE/BTech courses. As per the ACE Engineering College TS EAMCET Round 1 cutoff 2023, the closing rank was 19560 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Information Technology. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
