There is no provision to transfer from Distance education stream to regular college ,you have to join in first year of regular college . You can go for Chandigarh University.

List of DU colleges offering B.Com (Hons)
Reservations and quota system in DU :
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. Eligibility for B.Com (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education. Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable. No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis. I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.

Sorry, but unfortunately, you can't get admission in any DU college. First, you have to do your class 12th then you are eligible to take the admission in any college.
