Candidates who wish for an undergraduate course must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 45 per cent. For postgraduate degree/diploma courses majoring in Advertising, candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree course or equivalent.
The majority of universities don't require entrance tests for the advertising course, however, a few universities do in order to admit students to their institutions' Advertising programmes. Yes, it will get you a seat in the BA (Hons)Advertising and Public relations domain as the KUAT exam is conducted for 100 marks and if one has scored 60% or more than that, then there is a high chance for the student to secure a seat in the university. The marks required to secure a seat in various courses in the university keeps varying as the number of students who write the entrance exam increases every year.
