The fees vary from college to college. But as a rule of thumb you can take Rs.50K fees per semester for both these courses.

There are plenty engineering colleges in Bangalore offering this branch. IISc is perhaps the best of the lot. Fees range from 50K to 1.5L per annum.

You have not mentioned about any probable college. As you know, colleges are ranked and are given grading as per facilities available. Fees of colleges too vary from about Rs50K to 1.5L depending on grading as well as facilities provided.
