You are supposed to spend a lot of money for it, because the college loses the money, if you quit from the college. It is better to complete all the 4 years in the same college than shifting.

Hello Dharmaraj,
This Institute in Vadodara is neither giving info about cutoffs nor it is giving information about fees. But I suppose first class marks in 12th would be sufficient and fees are about Rs.1L per annum.

Dude, this is actually my case. Even I got 98% in my 11th and 12th and even I've not written any objective r any entrance exam. And, I preferred Aeronautical Engineering in NMIT, Yelahanka, Bangalore. And my fee structure is of 3 lakhs per annum because of my absence in objective exam. I'm very much interested in aeronautics and I preferred the best institute for it. Even, I would suggest you the same.

Fee under management quota seats are secret. It depends on your skills of negotiations. Normally, speaking these fees are about five times regular fees.
