The total fees depends upon which department you have chosen. The the difference in the fees structure will differ only up to Rs 5k to Rs 7k . In my department (CSE) the total fees is tuition fees Rs 1.85 lakhs, books fee Rs 25 k and hostel fee Rs 60k. So total comes to Rs 2.70 lakhs.
hostel fees -60 k
This is the fees structure for the first three years. When you reach your final year your fees amount will be reduced to Rs 2.30 lakhs.
Thanks for reading.

Hello Murali,
The aeronautical engineering is available in the Madras institute of technology campus of Anna University.
The general fee structure is around Rs. 10,000/- per annum. If you require hostel requirements, then you need to pay more.
There is another reservation called self-supporting course in which the fee structure is around Rs. 30,000/ per annum. This seats would usually have lower cut off marks.

You can check Germany for low fee colleges. Some more countries like Ireland, France, Japan, China and Hong Kong and Singapore can be referred too. You should check the study abroad section of Shiksha.
