No, Aerospace Engineering Branch is not available in Shri Ramdevbaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), Nagpur. The college mainly offers various branches in engineering and management, but aerospace engineering is not included in their list. 

There is only one college apart IIT or NIT which offers this course in government college i.e, Nalanda College of Engineering. I can guarantee you can get admission there easily if you are Bihar.

90 percentile is likely insufficient for Aerospace at NITs or IITs, but good alternatives include KIIT University and SRM Institute, which offer dedicated Aerospace programs.
