Hello Yuvan, to get admission in any IIT, a student needs to be eligible to appear for JEE advanced as a first stage. At the second stage he needs to score quite well in JEE advanced so that the student gets admission in the desired course.
After the conclusion of all the sessions planned for a particular year, National Testing Agency, announces the results of JEE mains. They declare the ranking of all the students and also cut off marks for each of the categories. IIST Kerala and IIT Bhubaneswar are prestigious institutes in India. As per the NIRF Engineering 2023 ranks, IIT Bhubaneswar ranks 47 and IIST ranks 48. Aerospace Engineering at IIST will help you get ready for ISRO; however, Civil Engineering at IIT Bhubaneswar will prepare you for various top MNCs.
