Hi Ratan yes you can apply for AFCAT on non technical field. But honestly and frankly speaking you seriously have got so low percentage try to improve it. What is the purpose of studying if you got low marks.

The Air Force common admission test AFCAT is a defence exam conducted by the Indian Air force for the selection of Class-1 Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duties (Technical and Non-Technical). The AFCAT exam is held twice a year, in February and August/September. Its applications are available in June and December. Candidates can apply for all three branches of the IAF through AFCAT which are the Flying Branch, the Technical Branch, and the Ground Duty Branch. There is no sectional AFCAT cut off in the AFCAT exam. The total marks of the AFCAT exam are 300, out of which you have to score above the cutoff marks. AFCAT cutoff usually ranges from 120 to 150 marks.

Passed 10+2 and Graduate Degree (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognised university with 60% marks or equivalent or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised university
Minimum 50% marks in each in Maths & Physics at 10 + 2 level. Graduate (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

According to the most recent eligibility requirements announced by the Indian Air Force for AFCAT 2021, a candidate must have at least 60% in both math and Physics in class 12 in addition to holding the necessary qualifying degree for graduation, which varies depending on the branch, such as the flying branch. So, depending if you scored more than 60% in the given two subjects, you are eligible to apply; otherwise, not.
