For going to college, you need to pass class 12th, then only you can apply. CBSE is an education board it doesn't own colleges. Study well and work hard you will succeed. All the best for a bright future ahead.

You cannot get admission after class 10th, you have to complete class 12th first for getting admission in engineering. Good luck.
