There is no provision for direct admission in the Polytechnic at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI), Agra. The institute offers BTech in various specialisations. Candidates from the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics streams securing at least 60% normalized marks or normalized CGPA of 6.00 out of 10 in Mathematics in the intermediate of Class 12 of any recognised board of secondary education would be eligible for admission to the BTech programme. For SC/ST category, a 5% concession is given on Class 12 marks.
