College can only assist you to get job, but you have to perform well at the final stage. As per my knowledge, the college assists you in terms of placements. So it is totally depends on your smartness and hard work.

Which one is better: B.Sc statistics from St. Xavier College, Ranchi or B.Sc agriculture from BAU? I have scored 197 CML rank in JCECE 2019.

BAU is much better than Xavier. Placements are pretty good. 70-80% Students get placements. And, this figure is growing. Good luck.

Yes, you can get admission in LPU on the basis of JEE Mains Score only if the percentile is 80 or above.
