First agricultural University established by Former Prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru in 1960. Earlier it's name was Patnagar University but later the name was changed to "Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology" in 1972 in memory of the first Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, statesman and Bharat Ratna recipient Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant. The University lies in the campus-town of Pantnagar in Kichha Tehseel and in the district of Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. The university is regarded as the harbinger of Green Revolution in India.

Agricultural Engineering at CAU is the top B.Tech programme. The average package for a B.Tech in CSE at IIIT Manipur in 2022 was INR 9.9 LPA, and the highest package was INR 45.64 LPA. Some claim that the CSE branch at IIIT Manipur offers decent placement, but the ECE branch doesn't.

Yes, aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the MathematicsBiotechnology/ Biology with at least 45% aggregate can apply for Quantum School of Agricultural Studies BSc (Hons) course. Hence, with a 66.6% in Class 12, aspirants can easily get a seat in BSc (Hons).

No, there will be seperate counselling schedule is to be released for UG, PG & PhD courses by exam conducting authorities in online mode after declaration of the results. The authorities will release seperate counselling schedule for all the courses in online mode only. 

Since the counselling will be held in online mode only hence applicants need to prepare the important documents ready while appearing in the counselling.
