BSc Agriculture has a seat intake of 60. Glocal University offers BSc and BSc (Hons) in nine and three specialisations, respectively. All the programmes are offered in a full-time mode for a course duration of three to four years. 

  • For admission to BSc programme, final selection for all these three programmes is based on meeting the minimum eligibility criteria
  • BSc Agriculture has a seat intake of 60 and students should not exceed 23 years of age (28 years for SC/ ST category candidates) at the time of admission
  • Admission to BSc (Hons) is based on a valid score in GAT, followed by a PI round

There are in total 470 plus seats available in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology across 25 courses in 4 streams. All the  470 students gets placed in B.Tech and gets admission in all undergraduate and postgraduate courses here. In B.Sc alone 295 students can take admission depending upon th specialisation they select as there are 295 seats available in this course. Msc and Mtech have in total 107 seats available to offer to the candidates.

UPCATET is a state level exam conducted by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology for it admission to various courses. The counseling for the UG courses in Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology will be conducted by UPCATET from June 24 onwards. 

The latest for the year 2023-2024 cutoff for B.Tech is 70 percentage overall.

In Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology a total of 25 out of 257 UG and PG students were placed during placements last year placement of 2022. The median package offered by the university inUG (4-year) and PG (2-year) was INR 3 LPA and INR 8.33 LPA during 2022.

The average salary package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Almost 88% of students got placed in our course. Infrastructure: Classrooms were spacious and around 2 students can stay together

For B.Tech admission to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology the passing mark is atleast 40% Marks in each paper at the University Examination and aggregate marks.

Students should appear for the CATET (Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test) entrance exam to be eligible for admission in all the courses available at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology.
