AIIMS Nursing

There are two undergraduate nursing courses available at AIIMS Delhi. AIIMS Nursing 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
1- For B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing:
Gender: Only female candidates will be eligible to apply for B.Sc. Honors. Nationality: Applying students must be Indian citizens. Age Limit: The students applying must have attained the age of 17 years as of December 31st, 2021. Qualification: The student must have passed his 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from a recognised board with aggregate marks of 55% in Physics Biology Chemistry and English (50% for ST/SC). Appearing Candidates: Students who are appearing in the last year of their 10+2 level exam can also apply.
2- For B.Sc. Post-Basic Nursing:
Qualification: Students must have passed their 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from a recognised board or university. Age: Students who have passed 10+1 on or before 1989 are also eligible to apply. Registration: The students must be registered GNM and registered nurses with the SNC (State Nursing council). One should have a Diploma in general nursing and midwifery from any institution recognised by the INC. In the case of male nurses, besides being registered as a nurse with the SNC, should have obtained a Certificate in General Nursing, and instead of Training in Midwifery, training in any subject out
of the following, for a period of six months:
a. O. T. Techniques
b. Ophthalmic Nursing
c. Leprosy Nursing
d. TB Nursing
e. Psychiatric Nursing
f. Neurological and Neuro Surgical Nursing
g. Community Health Nursing
h. Cancer Nursing
I. Orthopaedic Nursing.
