There are no official full Hindi PDF notes available, you can download Hindi/English solved question papers

Entrance syllabus is entirely based on NCERT Class 11–12 (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology)—you can refer to Hindi-print NCERT editions and make your own short notes.

For study in Hindi medium, go for language-adaptive prep books such as "AIIMS B.Sc. Paramedical Entrance Exam 2025" by Deepak Kumar—this book contains complete exam preparation and is usually available on Flipkart

If the applicant's name is not on the AIIMS Paramedical 2025 merit list, then it means that applicant didn't secure the cutoff for counselling. Applicants are advised to contact AIIMS authorities if they think that they have done good in the exam and their marks will be more than the cutoff marks. Students can explore other paramedical programs or prepare for the next AIIMS Paramedical exam.

AIIMS Paramedical courses can be acquired after passing AIIMS Paramedical Entrance Examination. It is a computer-based test whose candidates are selected on merit and then, there is counselling and allotment of seats. You require 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology/Maths (according to course) with minimum marks in aggregate (50 % General/OBC/EWS, 45 % SC/ST). Educational websites such as Shiksha  provide previous year question papers (pyqs).
