AIIMS Delhi has released the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 application form on March 29, 2026. Candidates can apply for the BSc Paramedical online at the official website. Passed 10+2 from a recognised board with PCB can fill the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 form online. The registration window will remain open till April 24, 2026. What is AIIMS Paramedical Exam?

AIIMS paramedical exam is conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. The examination is conducted for admission to undergraduate BSc paramedical courses offered by AIIMS campuses in Delhi, Bhubaneshwar, and Rishikesh. AIIMS paramedical examination is conducted once every year in online mode. AIIMS paramedical exam 2026 is scheduled to be held on July 4, 2026.  

All students who wish to apply for the paramedical courses in AIIMS will have to register themselves on the official website of the institute using a valid email ID and a mobile number. Candidates whose basic registrations will be accepted will have to log in again for code generation. Without the RUC, students will not be able to submit the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 registration forms.

AIIMS Paramedical 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Students who wish to apply for the paramedical courses are advised to go through the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 eligibility criteria for the desired course before filling out the applications. If any candidate is found to be ineligible for the course, their application will be canceled. Also, the registration fee paid by such candidates shall be forfeited. To avoid complications, one must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements before filling out the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 registration form. Eligibility criteria for AIIMS paramedical courses

  • Student must be a citizen of India
  • He/She must have attained the age of 17 as of December 31, 2026.
  • Passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised institution/board

Mandatory subjects in Class 12

Candidates applying for Bachelor of Optometry, BSc Medical Technology in Radiotherapy, or BSc (Hons) Medical Technology in Radiography courses must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology/Mathematics. Students must note that for all other courses Biology subject is compulsory.

Marks in Class 12

Applicants who belong to different categories are advised to check the minimum passing percentage marks in the 12th standard exam.  

  • For General/OBC/EWS category candidates: 50 percent
  • For SC/ST category candidates: 45 percent

How to fill AIIMS Paramedical Application form 2026?

The authority has commenced the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 registration process. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply online. AIIMS Paramedical Pattern 2026

Knowing the AIIMS Paramedical exam pattern helps students prepare for the exam better. Applicants will be given 90 minutes to attempt a total of 90 questions. The negative marking scheme is applicable in the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 exam. The language of questions asked in AIIMS Paramedical exam is both English and Hindi. For each correct answer in the AIIMS Paramedical exam applicants will be given a +1 mark. While for each incorrect answer students will be given a -1/3 mark.

AIIMS Paramedical Exam Day Guidelines 2026

Read the important AIIMS paramedical exam day guidelines to know what is expected on D-day at the exam centre: 

  • To avoid delay in beginning the test, candidates must report to the exam centre at least 30 minutes in advance
  • Students must report to the exam centre by 8.45 am
  • No one will be allowed to enter the exam centre after 9.45 am
  • Applicants will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before 11.30 am
  • One must carry the admit card, a valid photo ID proof, and one passport-sized photograph on the exam day
  • Candidates will not be allowed to carry any textual material, any electronic devices such as a mobile phone, Bluetooth or calculator to the exam centre
  • Also, wristwatches, ornaments, bags, belts, etc. are not allowed inside the exam centre

AIIMS Paramedical Counselling 2026

AIIMS Delhi will conduct the AIIMS Paramedical exam in multiple rounds, namely Rounds 1, 2, and 3. As the entire counselling process will be managed online, candidates will have to visit aiimsexams.ac.in to participate in the counselling events. Students will be able to exercise their choice within the given duration. The seat allotment of AIIMS Paramedical 2026 will be released after the choice-filling is over.

  1. Login to their MyPage for BSc Paramedical Courses Online Seat Allocation
  2. BSc Paramedical Courses Online Seat Allocation portal will allow candidates to make choices of seats. The portal will be opened for dates specified as per the schedule released in the official notification by AIIMS Delhi.
  3. All the candidates who have been allocated seats in the 1st Round are required to log to their MyPageCandidates can make either of the two choices:
    1. OPTION 1: ACCEPT allotted seat and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Seat Allocation
    2. OPTION 2:  ACCEPT allotted seat and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Seat Allocation 
  4. All the candidates who are allocated seats are mandatorily required to report in person at the allotted college/institute with original documents and a Demand Draft of INR 1 Lakh.
