Almost all of the airports in India come under the authority of the AAI or Airports Authority of India, making them handle all the related Air Traffic Control Towers and in turn, also handle the Air Navigation Services for them. There may be a few colleges offering courses for Air Navigation Services, but as AAI themselves handle the ANS, it is better to join an institute run by them as that would also ensure better employment chances.
