Eligibility criteria:
This is a technical course. Students who have passed 10+2 Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible to pursue this course. Diploma holders (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) are also eligible to pursue it. Note: Minimum marks criteria may vary from one institute to another. Candidate should also be physically and mentally fit. Admission process:
Some of the institutes follow direct admission process. Some other institutes follow merit based admission process. Usually, Diploma holders are given direct admission. In case of merit admission, marks scored by a student in 10+2 board exam and entrance test are taken into consideration. Many institutes also have a selection interview. Course details:
Duration: A.M.E. Training course is 3 years long. Academic programme is 2 years long. 6 months are dedicated towards on job training programme. The entire programme is divided into 6 semesters, with each semester lasting for a period of 6 months. Evaluation is done at the end of each semester (written and practical tests). Evaluation tests will be present from 1st semester to 5th semester. The course trains students to inspect, service, maintain and repair aircraft and its various parts. It is a technical training course. On finishing the course and training successfully, candidates will be awarded A.M.E. License by the DGCA. Alternative courses:

Firstly to correct you, "Aircraft Drivers" have been named specifically as PILOTS in English. And an aircraft is flown, it is not driven. Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training. You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training. Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL. YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htmandgototheclass 2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. You can visit any doctorate from the list as per your convenience. Once you are done with Class 2nd medical, find out a suitable flying club for you as per your convenience. You can fly in India or abroad. I would suggest you fly in India. Besides finding the club, be aware that you will have to appear for:

Here, 1-5 are conducted by DGCA and 6 is conducted by WPC. Prepare for these subjects and appear, as exams are conducted every quarterly. For preparation, flying club will help you or there are private instructors available in metro cities as well. You will fly for 200Hrs + Clear DGCA and WPC exams + Clear Class 1st medical, then you shall get your CPL. The next license is ATPL, which you shall be able to apply for once. You will then have to probably fund or self-sponsor your type rating on whatever fleet you are selected in an airline. Then, you finally get a job as a pilot. I hope the process is well explained to you. CPL is an expensive affair. It might cost you around Rs.18-20 Lacs for flying + DGCA exams Rs.500/- each exam + Medicals for Rs.10, 000 + endorsements and license issue fees around Rs.25k + Type Rating around Rs.15 Lacs. So, decide wisely before you enter the field.

Placements: In AME course, none of the institutes provides placement. You have to create your resume and apply everywhere. You get the call for the interview, and your performance decides your job percentage. After the completion of 2.5 years, you have to get the job training with your self-expenses. After that, you will be eligible for the job, and at that time, your course was complete.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is better than any AMEN institutes. You get a library, sports campus and Wi-Fi facilities. The medical facility is not available in the college campus. It is far away from the college. You will get hostel facility. The canteen is available, but it is not too good. You will get only little choices there.
Faculty: The instructors are knowledgeable and are masters of their stream. They are too familiar with the student. Either theory or practical, in both the era, they have a broadway of experience and knowledge.

FLIGHT DISPATCHERS COURSE:
Airlines appoint Flight Dispatchers for flight planning and obtaining ATC and MET
briefings and to brief the pilots accordingly and other duties enlisted in the companys
operational manual. Appointment as a Flight Dispatcher requires the students to be fully
trained and approved by DGCA.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:Student should have attained the age of 21 years. The minimum educational qualification required is pass in 10+2 standard examination with mathematics and physics subjects from a recognised Board / University
DURATION OF THE COURSE:
The duration of the training will consist of 360 hours or 12 weeks of Ground Classes. Thereafter, on successful passing of DGCA / TRTO examination, 90 working days of On-the-Job training and 5 hours of Simulator sessions for observing flight deck operations will be provided. In case the student is unable to clear the DGCA/TRTO examinations in the first attempt and requests for any additional/corrective training, the same may be provided at extra cost.

On completion of the ground classes students will have to appear for DGCA / TRTO written
examinations. After passing all the written examinations students will undergo on the job training for 90 working days and 5 hours of Simulator sessions for observing flight deck operations. Thereafter, Student will be required to appear for viva at DGCA, New Delhi or any other station.
