Ajeenkya DY Patil University-School of Law Eligibility

Aspirants who have completed a master's degree (MTech, MBA, one or two-year LLM, MA or MPhil) with at least 55% aggregate or equivalent Grade B in the UGC 7 point scale are eligible to apply for the PhD programme at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Law. Candidates must also pass UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, SLET or GATE for admission. Besides, aspirants can also appear for a written test conducted by ADYPU for PhD admission.

Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Law selects candidates for LLM programme based on ADYPU AICLAT conducted by the university. Aspirants with a valid score in the university-level entrance exam are further called for a personal interview round. Once the selection process is over, shortlisted aspirants receive an offer letter. 

Aspirants who have passed bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidate belonging to the reserved category) can apply for Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Law LLB programme. Candidates must hold relevant documents proving their eligibility for verification purposes.

Aspirants who have passed Class 12, A Level, IB, American Class 12 grade or equivalent with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidate belonging to the reserved category) are eligible to apply for Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Law BA LLB programme. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for a UG course at Ajeenkya DY Patil University-School of Law. The minimum aggregate for the UG programme i.e. BA LLB is 45%. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 can get admission provided they also fulfil the selection requirements. 

You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% and if you're from a reserved category you must have 40%, must pass AECT for law, and participate in a personal interview and 10+2 must be done from a recognised board of council.
