Applying for MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions will require candidates to bring physical copies of the below mentioned documents at the time of the interview round:
- Class 10th and Class 12th Marksheet as well as certificate
- Graduation degree
- Post graduation degree
- Statement of purpose
- Research proposal
- No objection certificate
- Sponsorship letter

No, the MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions are not open for offline mode of applications. PhD admissions at MDSU Ajmer are subject to the UGC norms which require candidates to appear for the UGC NET to qualify for PhD at MDSU Ajmer.
The registrations for UGC NET cannot be done in offline mode.

No, the MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions are yet to be opened for the academic year 2026. Candidates must go to the website of MDSU Ajmer to check if the PhD admissions are open.
When the PhD admissions are opened, the admission portal of MDSU Ajmer will reflect the current academic year.

No the registrations for the UGC NET are not open for MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions for the academic year 2026. The December session of UGC NET for 2026 admissions is already over.
However, the registrations for the June session are yet to begin. Candidates interested in MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions need to wait for UGC NET registrations to begin.

Yes, UGC-NET is a mandatory entrance exam for MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions. All candidates who are eligible for MDSU Ajmer PhD course must appear for the UGC-NET as well as participate in the interview round to gain admissions. The selection of candidates will be based on their UGC-NET score.

Yes, PhD students who are female or recognised under Persons with Disabilities will be offered a two year relaxation for maximum PhD course duration. Unlike the general category which can only have a maximum duration of six years, candidates of the aforementioned categories can have a duration just below 10 years at MDSU Ajmer.

No, only the candidates from the aforementioned categories who have scored below the level at which general category students are admitted will be considered for MDSU Ajmer MCom seat reservation.
If a candidate from these categories scores the same as an eligible general category candidate, the non general category candidate will not be given preference due to their status.

MDSU Ajmer reserves one percent of the total MCom seat intake across all specialisation to candidates who are recognised as Kashmiri migrants. To be able to take the benefit of this reservation, candidates need to provide documents that support their status as a Kashmiri migrant during the MDSU Ajmer MCom admissions.

Currently, the hostel fees at MDSU Ajmer has not been revealed. Last year the hostel fees for the MDSU Ajmer MCom students ranges between INR 11,500 - INR 19,900. The hostel fees remains the same for all MCom students. Hence, candidates can expect the hostel fees for MDSU Ajmer MCom students to be around the same amount.

The current MDSU Ajmer MCom tuition fee is yet to be revealed for the academic year 2026. Previously the tuition fees for MCom courses stood at INR 350 per semester or INR 700 in one year. However, candidates are required to pay several other components beside the tuition fees during the MDSU Ajmer MCom course duration.
