Sorry to say but UPTU doesn't have any good colleges at all for time being. But I think near about this marks you rank is 30000 - 50000 (this cutoff marks is approximations and may vary from college to college). Please go to official website on UPSEE and conform which college you allotted. Thanks & Good Luck.

If you want to drop your year so I think your fee is doesn't get the return back to you but if you talk to your staff and faculty or your Dean, director, hope they provide you any solution. I hope you get your desired answer.
