ALC Noida offers a three-year LLB and a five-year integrated programme of BA LLB. Candidates must meet the basic eligibility requirements of the programme before applying for the course. Tabulated below are the detailed eligibility criteria for both the programmes:

A pass in bachelor's degree with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC) from a recognised university or institute is required to apply for the LLB course. Aspirants are shortlisted based on their ALCAT score and eligibility. ALCAT is designed to evaluate the candidates in Quantitative Technique, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning and English Language. The institute will shortlist applications of eligible candidates based on the document they provide.

Candidates wishing to apply for the BA LLB course must meet the eligibility requirements. A pass in Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) is the basic eligibility required to apply for the BA LLB course.
