To qualify for admission to AIIMS for a BSc in nursing, you must score a minimum of 55 for general category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, and 30 - 40 for SC/ST category.

The cutoff dates for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing program for the academic year 2023–2024 at AIIMS Delhi have not been announced yet. However, to estimate this year's anticipated cutoff, one can refer to the cutoff scores from the previous year, 2022:

- General Category: 55 marks

- OBC Category: 45–50 marks

- ST/SC Category: 30–40 marks

NEET UG Round 1 cutoff has been released for the AIIMS Delhi MBBS course. The Opening and Closing ranks depend on the category and quota of candidates. As per the AIIMS Delhi cutoff 2024, the NEET UG Round 1 opening rank was 1 and the closing rank was 47 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of home state. Admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at AIIMS Delhi is based on the scores obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam, followed by the NEET UG counselling process.
