I would like to inform you that AIIMS itself organizes its entrance exam. If you want more information regarding marks, preparation or any other then go to https://shiksha.com and clear your doubts.
But, personally I would advice you to prepare yourself strongly and don't think of marks now. If you try hard you will surely succeed and get AIIMS.

Yes, there is an entrance exam conducted at AIIMS for Bachelor in optometry.
Paper of 1 hours duration and consisting of objective type questions in four parts of 30 questions each in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics. The candidate may either attempt biology part or mathematics part.
Based on the result of the entrance examination, separate merit lists will be prepared for the general, OBC, scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories.

Only hardwork and a good timetable can help you to get good rank in IITS. Even a good coaching can help you a lot in clearing your doubts.Work on your concepts especially in physics.Books like HC verma can also help you.Make a timetable ,work on your weak points and practise previous year questions.Clear your doubts immediately.Give at least 2 hours a day with full concentration and determination.For maths and physics you should practise a lot.Chemistry will be easier ncert books will help you a lot.Try to study according to CBSE syllabus.Some tricks will help you solve maths problems in seconds.So a good coaching will help you a lot.
