There's no such difference. AIIMS and JIPMER are reputed institutions of our country and provide better teaching facilities than any other college.

Hi Jayesh,
* First make a STUDY TIME TABLE.
* Give more time to which you think you might require an extra time should be spent on that Subject.
* Prepare proper Notes in Class. It will help you during Exam time. It will be a quick glance to the Topics before the Examination.
* Strictly follow the STUDY TIME TABLE Otherwise, mind will wander many things, which causes distraction.
It takes time to understand the Concepts. Once you understood it properly, then you will not forget it.
If you focus on your Studies, then you can study effectively more than 8-10 hours or even more.

Hi,
I am currently studying in class 11. Last year, I followed NCERT only for its explanation part and jotted down the main points from the book in a fair copy for each subject. Studying NCERT in this form helped me a lot in scoring in the board exam.

Hi,
AIIMS is a government funded institution. So, there is a caste based reservation. Either way, somehow the cut-off rank reaches 100+ AIR (Gen. category seat) for AIIMS-Delhi. 58 percentile is very far from the same.

Score minimum 55% in your PCMB and you can do that if you aim for 80%.
The fees for AIIMS is variable but it is less as compared to that of the other institutions. As AIIMS is in top medical college list of India so its cutoff is high. You need around 97+ percentile in NEET for the same.
