AIIMS Bhubaneswar is a public/government university which was established in 2012. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar was established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. AIIMS Bhubaneswar was established as an autonomous institution and is known as an Institute of National Importance and is approved by MCI (Medical Council of India). Being a government university, the fee for various programmes is not high.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar MBBS cutoff 2023 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) was 6720 for SC category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET UG, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female. 

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For NEET UG Round 3 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 603 and closing rank was 603 for the general category candidates under All India quota.
