The college is great, as it provides one of the best curriculums and has a holistic environment as well. It does have experienced faculty and the placements too are good. You could always check out the official website and compare between other colleges on Shiksha.com.

There should be in a minimum of 10 students for this course to be started in the college. Neither my senior batch nor my batch had International Business.

Yes, Alliance is one of the best universities for MBA. My friends have studied there and have been placed in top companies with good packages. The infrastructure is really good.

All the branches are good. However, one should pursue the specialisation keeping in mind one's core strengths. A finance guy needs to be good in analytics/numbers. A marketing guy needs to be street smart and extrovert whereas an operations guy needs to be detailed & process-oriented. So first evaluate your personality traits and then decide on the specialisation.

PGDM, as the name suggests, is a diploma and not a regular degree. Its syllabus focuses on practical aspects of management and is very concise.
MBA is a regular Masters degree with benefits of both, being superior to diploma and being a PG course. Its course is also very elaborate. Hence, more merits mean more fee. Also, MBA students are placed more easily than PGDM.

In Alliance University, there is no constant way. In the first semester, you guys might be divided into sections in alphabetical order and from the 2nd semester you choose your specialisations.
