I don't think you can get lateral entry in BBA after your Diploma. You'll have to start the Bachelor's course in Business Administration from the beginning!

For getting into Alliance University you'll have to clear AUMAT which can prepared for by focusing on general aptitude, english, numericals and logical reasoning. Make sure you are up to date with the current affairs too.
For pursuing IB you'll have to take specialization in your 5th semester which will let you continue your studies in the same line.

In terms of faculty standards, both institutes are good. But average placement package of Alliance business school is slightly better than PES. Alliance is having a top class infrastructure too.

The overall experience at Alliance University is definitely very good. 1 Infrastructure is world class , sprawling over 40 acres of greenery. There's the library which is one of it's kind with online connections with IIM and other various portals for maximum accessibility. The learning center is where the classes take place and it's design is remarkable. 2 The faculty here are very accessible and knowledgeable. They are all experts in there fields and make sure that every student does understand what is taught. 3 Hostels are on campus and off-campus and have all the requirements needed for a comfortable living. 4 Pretty amazin
