Your chances of getting Government College for the course of BAMS or BHMS at marks of 352 is high. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery BAMS and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical and Surgery BHMS are the most preferable courses by any NEET aspirant. For ranks related queries, you can check last year's cutoff and also check the reservation rank for STs. You doubts will be solved.

Yes, you can do BHMS/BAMS from private colleges but You have to qualify NEET. For qualifying NEET as a general category 2019 cut off is 134 out off 720 marks.
